Valerie Spelman, of San Clemente, California is a Home and Garden Stylist who has a passion for making environments around her inviting.  Valerie is a certified gold member of the Interior Redecorators Network, the preeminent organization of one-day decorators, having  trained under Lauri Ward, the best selling author of Use What You have Decorating, Home Therapy, and Downsizing Your Home with Style.

Valerie is also a licensed Real Estate agent who left the field to share her passion for design with those who need help preparing their homes for sale.  She is trained in ReSale - Ready^TM  Redesign, a service that will make your home likely to sell more quickly and at a higher profit.

Valerie has a background in merchandising and sales, having worked for Nordstrom for 13 years.  After cultivating her knowledge of color, texture and visual design, along with the invaluable philosophy of great customer service, she decided to strike out in the field she loved most.  Valerie has experience in Decorative Wall Finishes, Floral Design, Upholstery, and Sewing for the home.

Valerie also proudly serves as the Vice President of the Interior Redecorators Network and  is a member of NAWBO the National Association of Women Business Owners.  Valere is available for speaking engagements to local organizations and women's groups.
